Eckerd Connects, helps children and families to connect to the future they deserve, through fostering and adoption, Job Corp, workforce development, juvenile justice and more. Eckerd Connects has selected BPMLinks to develop a web-based application that enrolls clients for different programs in different age groups across the U.S. The application sends email questionnaire links to the clients (informants such as parents, teachers, client and direct care workers), collates the responses, and submits them to Eckerd. The staffs at Eckerd can download the consolidated questionnaire data and evaluate them to provide optimal service.
