A Senior Sales Development Representative is primarily focused on acquiring new customers or clients. This involves actively seeking out and pursuing leads, generating new business, and closing deals. 

v  Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.

v  Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

v  Persistence and resilience in the face of rejections.

v  Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

v  Comfortable with cold calling and initiating contact with potential clients.

v  Thrives on challenges and the excitement of pursuing new opportunities.

v  Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

v  Understand client needs and pain points, and articulate how our IT services and solutions can address those challenges.

v  Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized solutions to clients.

v  Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

v  Often involved in the early stages of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

v  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

v  Promote the company services to respond to clients’ objectives and needs

v  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.

v  Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, potential clients and customer needs.





Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling IT services and solutions.
