Under his leadership, the organization has grown from its humble beginnings in Boca Raton, Florida, to a mature organization with multiple development centers in the United States and Asia. In his professional career spanning over 20 years, Chaithanya has experience in IT and Business Strategy; he provides the leadership with rich technology vision, and IT strategy guidelines. He has concentrated on improving profit margins, resource and cost optimizations through lean processes.
Principal Partner, COO & CDO
Gopinath Rajagopal is one of the Principal Partners of BPMLinks, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Digital Officer. He spearheads the digital transformation, cloud migration, and AI/ML initiatives. As a seasoned IT professional with over 21 years’ experience, he has extensive experience on business process design and transformation, IT strategy, architecture and delivery for regional banks across the US and APAC regions. Passionate about next generation digital, cloud, AI/ML technologies to transform existing business processes to provide improved customer experience and business agility. Prior to BPMLinks, Gopi has worked in Cognizant Technology Solutions both in US and India in various roles in the areas of technology and delivery with multiple banking clients.

Sathia Avanashilingam is one of the Principal Partners of BPMLinks and Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, he acts as the organization’s technological thought leader and brings in innovative ideas. BPMLinks leverages his in-depth business knowledge across different industry domains to bring in the necessary expertise to align technology-related decisions with the organization's goals. With 20 years of delivery experience, he has extensive knowledge on key banking business processes like commercial loan onboarding, servicing, and operations, consumer lending, mortgage, default management, customer onboarding solutions for deposits, brokerage, treasury and credit card, fraud / dispute management and loan default management.

Zaki Khazi, one of the Principal Partners in BPMLinks and Chief Information Officer has over 20 years of experience in IT architecture and implementation. He has successfully executed end-to-end implementations in BPM, digital, mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies. He has extensive business knowledge in key banking areas - consumer lending (mortgage and retail loans), premium finance lending, asset resolution, commercial loan origination and special assets. Prior to joining BPMLinks, Zaki worked as an Enterprise Applications and Integrations Lead Architect at regional banks in the USA.
Narsimha Reddy Pannala
Director - Operations
Narsimha Reddy Pannala joined BPMLinks as the Director of Operations in 2018. In this role, he oversees the entire gamut of operations including finance and accounting, payroll, asset and facility management, and the legal needs of the organization. He formulates strategic policies by liaising with the senior management, ensures management of IT infrastructure, and oversees regulatory compliance requirements. As a technocrat with over 28 years of experience, he is well-versed in IT management, software development, project management, systems administration, and networking.
Geraldine Viji Cruz Xavio
Sr. Global Delivery Leader
Geraldine Viji Cruz Xavio, a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years of experience, heads the global delivery operations of BPMLinks from Chennai, India. She possesses extensive knowledge on various technology solutions, quality processes and development methodologies including Agile delivery, Microservices, DevOps methodologies and Cloud transformation. As a PMI member, she actively contributes to the various PMI activities.
Global HR Head
Sunita Rajesh, the Global Head of Human Resources, joined BPMLinks in 2020. In her current role, she spearheads the entire gamut of HR Operations in India and the United States. She primarily focuses on developing / implementing HR policies, and aligning work cultures to the organization's purpose and core values. She oversees the hire to retire process of employees by identifying the best talent, engaging and retaining a diverse people-centric workforce, and above all assisting associates in succeeding both professionally and personally. In her 14 years of HR experience, Sunita has held roles in HR and Finance across diverse organizations in the IT, ITES and Telecom sectors.
