Role: Delivery Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the effective and quality delivery of our large-scale development projects. This role is pivotal in managing our teams based in Hyderabad, aligning project objectives with company goals, and maintaining high standards of software development.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 

2.      Team Leadership: Manage and lead development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 

3.      Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure high standards in software development. 

4.      Client Relations: Act as a delivery point of contact for USA clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction working together with USA management team. 

5.      Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve development processes and methodologies. 

6.      Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively. 

Technical Skill Requirements: 

v  Proficiency in cloud environments, particularly Azure and AWS.

v  Strong background in technologies such as .NET, Angular, Python, and MS SQL Server.

v  Experience in implementing and managing cloud-based solutions.

v  Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in Azure/AWS environments.

v  Experience working with Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.

v  Experience with Snowflake (or other Data warehouse system) highly desirable. 

Qualifications: 

v  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

v  Proven experience in software development project management, preferably working with onshore/offshore model.

v  Strong leadership and team management skills.

v  Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

v  Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

v Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex project challenges.
